As well as being an artist and photographer, Tina is also a dedicated yoga practitioner and qualified Ashtanga yoga teacher, practicing Ashtanga yoga for more than 18 years and teaching since 2007.
Tina makes regular pilgrimages to study yoga in Mysore, India, following the path of parampara in which traditional teachings of yoga are passed down through a lineage of masters, tracing back to ancient times. In 2016, she received authorisation to teach from Paramaguru Sharath Jois at www.sharathyogacentre.com
Tina is a highly experienced in teaching yoga to beginners and intermediate levels. Her expertise also extends to mindfulness training. Tina is available to teach private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups, as well as, larger school or workplace groups in your chosen location or online.
